Ladysmith Kyokushin Karate is a karate school located in Ladysmith at mid-Vancouver Island. We offer three types of classes for both male and female:
Junior (5 - 9)
Intermediate (10 - 14)
Adult (10 and up)
Classes are instructed by Brad Cromwell—a second degree (Nidan) black belt—and Adam Chantree, brown belt.
Challenge yourself, improve fitness, body awareness, focus and self-confidence, all while learning a martial art designed for everyone.
